Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is significantly different from the description
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or altered
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
How to Request a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the item is received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
